You may cancel the booking 24 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges. In case cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the pick-up time, then following rules will apply:
1. Multi Day trip: 25% of the booking amount.
2. Single Day trip: 10% of booking amount.
If you are eligible for refunds based on our Cancellation policy, you will recieve a email and text SMS from us. Refund will be remitted back to you in 5-7 working days.
In case the vehicle you booked doesn’t show up, we will offer you a full refund immediately.
We try our best to ensure our drivers reach our customers on time. But in case of delays, do call us and we will help you out by either providing an alternate vehicle or giving you a full refund.
